Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? could undergo some of the biggest changes to its format since the show began on ITV in 1998. Nearly 22 years after it appeared on our screens, Millionaire producers believe they will have to adapt the quiz show so that it can conform with coronavirus restrictions.

It has been reported that Jeremy Clarkson will once again be the host of the show, which may be made marginally harder to win the top prize if the changes are enforced.

The Sun has claimed that filming could start next month as producers are close to sorting out a few issues, so that the show can fulfill social distancing guidelines as the coronavirus restrictions continue.
