Why Scots on lockdown are having more vivid dreams and deeper sleeps

If you've experienced strange dreams during lockdown, you're not alone. In recent weeks, Google searches for ‘Covid-19 dreams’ have soared and there are dozens of social media reports of strange sleeping habits.

Experts say we are having vivid dreams because we are sleeping deeply - and this may be because we have changed our "workaholic" and party lifestyles.

Some 62 per cent of the people involved in a King's College London and Ipsos Mori survey said they are sleeping as well as - if not better - than they were before March 23, The Mirror reports.
