Lockdown measures have altered allowing people to head out more than once a day for any form of exercise, as long as social distancing is maintained.
People are now allowed to exercise as many times a day as they like, as long as they stay 2m away from others whilst they're out.
Exercise is not just beneficial to physical health, but mental health too - so take advantage of being able to be in nature, but do so sensibly.
