OAKLAND, Fla. – Former NFL running back Zac Stacy was booked into the Orange County jail late Thursday night after being accused of attacking a woman inside a home in Oakland.
Oakland police said they were called to a home on a domestic violence investigation at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 13. Investigators said Stacy had already taken off from the scene before they arrived.
Oakland police said they notified the Orange County Sheriff’s Office about the search for Stacy. Deputies initially said the former pro football player had already left the state.
