WEST PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia gun violence epidemic continues as a 14-year-old boy was shot and killed on a West Philadelphia SEPTA train platform.Officials say the shooting happened Saturday afternoon, a little after 2 p.m., at the SEPTA station located at 52nd and Market in West Philadelphia.
The boy was shot on the westbound platform of the El.Police arrived to find the teen had been shot in the arm and the chest.
