An obese woman shed 5st and became a stunning weight loss coach through self-love, diet and exercise. Tenesha Sanders, 32, is a freelance documentary field producer from California who started her weight loss journey in 2007.

She had just started university and at her heaviest weighed 17st 5lb when she realised something had to be done. Tenesha told Daily Star Online: “I was incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin.
