Bored Brits will be pleased to hear that the UK travel and tourism industry is making tentative movements towards re-opening after the coronavirus lockdown.
Family favourite theme park Alton Towers has announced the new rules which will be in place when guests are allowed to return.
The park will be closed until at least July 3. But, Merlin Entertainments, which also own Thorpe Park and Legoland, has released the new guidelines which detail how the park will run upon re-opening.
The Staffordshire park will allow guests to maintain social distancing in order to stay safe from the killer virus. Health, Safety and Security Director, Jonathan Ellis, has explained the new measures.
