At a glance: What restrictions are easing tomorrow?

Last week, the Taoiseach announced plans to lift most of Ireland's Covid-19 restrictions in the next two months. From Monday, a number of restrictions are eased, with the majority lifted next month.

Here are the main changes taking place from then. Indoor events and businesses Organised indoor events and mass gatherings will return.

Where everyone is vaccinated or 'immune' (either fully vaccinated or recovered within the previous six months), - or if under-18, accompanied by an adult - the capacity of a venue can reach 60%.

Where there are unvaccinated people attending an event, or the immunity status is mixed, the rules for these types of events will remain as they currently are for September.
