Adam Thomas' wife Caroline has appeared to confirm the ex-Emmerdale star will be participating in Saturday's Strictly Come Dancing live show, after reports claimed he may be forced to miss the show due to health concerns.

Adam, 35, is competing on this year's Strictly with professional dancer Luba Mushtuk but has been unwell over recent days and was absent from spin-off show It Takes Two on Friday.

However, on Saturday afternoon his wife Caroline took to Instagram to reveal she'd attended Strictly rehearsals alongside the couple's two children Teddy and Elsie-Rose, hinting that the dad-of-two will be taking to the dance floor after all.

It was then shared by Adam. "SCD week 6 rehearsals here we come," mum-of-two Caroline captioned a photo of her with Elsie-Rose and Teddy, as they got ready to presumably go and visit Adam at Elstree Studios.
