We are over halfway through this lockdown fitness diary, and with at least a couple of weeks to go until things change for us, I hope you are motivated to see this through and stay active right up until that point.
We have been leaning heavily on the vegetarian options for food this week. My wife Clare was a big influence on the menu and she did a terrific, tasty job.
