BILL Turnbull has revealed he feels "very calm" about facing death after his incurable cancer diagnosis. The 64-year-old BBC Breakfast presenter discovered he had prostate cancer in 2017.
Despite being told there was nothing that could be done, Bill does not know how long he’s got after the cancer spread to his bones.
In an interview with the Mirror, Bill said he is not daunted about dying after having time to think about it. Bill said: "I've thought a great deal about death since I was diagnosed with cancer because he's there, y'know – the fella with the hood over his head and the scythe.
