North Ayrshire Council are set to reopen ALL playparks in the area next week.The local authority announced this afternoon that 84 children's parks in the area will be accessible again from Monday, June 29.Playparks have been closed since late March in response to national guidance and as part of the Council’s efforts to help slow down the spread ofCovid-19.However, in line with the national route map out of lockdown, Council-owned playparks will be opened back up to the public next week.To prepare for the safe reopening, the Council has been undertaking safety inspections, equipment maintenance and grass-cutting across its 84 playparks.Signage has also been installed reminding parents, carers and children to continue following the.
