Celtic Foundation announces food parcel service as private donation helps launch essential scheme

The Celtic FC Foundation have allocated £10,000 to help launch a food parcel service in Glasgow. The scheme, in partnership with Glasgow North East Foodbank, is aimed at helping individuals affected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

People struggling financially or forced into self-isolation are being encouraged to self-refer for the initiative. The Celtic Foundation, which is the Parkhead club's charitable arm, has amassed £200,000 for its Football for Good fund.
