The government has urged all Brits currently abroad to come back to the UK as the nation looks set to go into full lockdown in response to the coronavirus crisis.
Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said: "The time to come home is now while you still can." It is believed that up to one million Brits currently live, work, or study abroad, or are currently on holiday.
There are fears many could end up stranded abroad with no healthcare cover if more countries shut their borders and refuse to allow them out.
