Former Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has tested positive for coronavirus. The Belgian has become the first player in the Chinese Super League to contract the deadly bug.
Ex-Everton star Fellaini is currently plying his trade for Shandong Luneng in the Far East and was confirmed as having tested positive by a local health department in Jinan after taking a train to the Chinese province on Friday.
The Chinese Super League is currently suspended indefinitely in line with the vast majority of major leagues in all sports around the world as a result of the continuing pandemic.
