With two new coronavirus cases reported from Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, the total positive cases in Gujarat has reached 73, state principal secretary (health) Jayanti Ravi said today, according to news agency ANI.
Sharing details of persons who have been quarantined in the state, the official had said on Monday that said the number stands at 19,617.
Of these, 18,701 are in home quarantine, 744 in government facilities, and 172 in private centres, she had said. According to a house-to-house survey done by the state government, around 87,274 were found to have travel history in recent times, she said.
