Kym Marsh says she is ‘forever in the debt’ of the NHS for saving the lives of three special family members. As she prepares to team up with her former Corrie co-star Catherine Tyldesley to host an online pub quiz to raise money for the health service, Kym can do nothing but thank its workers for saving the lives of not only her dad, but her son and daughter too.
The actress, who plays Michelle Connor on the cobbles, says without “amazing care” from doctors and nurses, they would not be here today.
Her dad, David, 75, suffered two heart attacks - one was 26 years ago - while her children Polly, nine, and David, 24, were born prematurely and needed extra care.
