Now in a bid to boost tourism, Costa del Sol is planning to offer holidaymakers "free coronavirus insurance".Andalusia has decided to copy the Canary Islands by giving potential visitors a "peace of mind".The insurance would cover hotel and hospital costs if the traveller contracts the virus during their stay.It is part of a package of new proposals which includes travel discount vouchers for residents who remain in any part of the spot.These can be used from October 1 and will reduce costs by 25% for stays of at least three nights.The offer is valid until May, 2021, and can be used up to three times.Tourism councillor Juan Marin said the Andalusian government was.
