Bulgaria and Germany have low enough coronavirus cases to get the green light from the government. Representatives from the UK Government and the devolved administrations are set to meet later this week to decide which countries should be put on the green, amber and red lists.
People returning from green list countries don't have to self-isolate, however they do have to take a covid test after the arrive back in Scotland.
