A West Lothian care provider is helping both their employees and the local community to get through lockdown.Ehsaas Care has increased the wages of its staff and have been handing out packages full of essentials and helping out local charities.They have been helping several good causes in the area, including The West Lothian Foodbank, Food Train West Lothian and the Sunday Dinner Lady.The company also increased pay for employees past the living wage to show their appreciation for the great work they do.Farah khanam, who works with Ehaas, said: “They have changed my life for the better and are doing great things in the community prior to and during this crisis.“Firstly they have increased my wage past the living wage to £10 per hour.
