Emmerdale star Jeff Hordley has opened up about life in lockdown with wife and co-star Zoe Henry. The two actors plays Cain Dingle and Rhona Goskirk on the ITV soap, but with the show paused due to the current restrictions, they've had to pass the time at home like everyone else.

Appearing on today's (April 30) This Morning, Jeff explained how the family have been coping, revealing that their allotment had been helping a lot. "I'm trying to find the positives in the negative times, to be honest," he said of the situation. "So it's nice in that I have the scripts to be able to look at lines all the time. "We're on our allotment a lot, doing brilliant things with the children – we're doing Joe Wicks things everyday, we're out on bikes.
