The Derby Telegraph reports.The scarcely-clad anti-masker made a mockery of Government guidelines when he wore nothing but a blue face mask tied around his waist.Passerbys were left astounded at the sight, which coincided with the first day in England that face masks were made mandatory in shops and supermarkets.Shieff, from Littleover in Derby, pulled the outrageous stunt in objection to the Government’s new rules.Banks, sandwich shops and post offices are also covered by the law, which comes with the risk of a £100 fine.But Shieff has now claimed there is no pandemic.He told the Derby Telegraph: “There's no pandemic, there's no people dying in the streets, it's just about control."We are being divided and fear is being used as a tool.
