France has removed all of its remaining Covid travel restrictions, according to the latest advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
From today, August 1, all restrictions have been lifted for travellers entering the country. Now holidaymakers arriving in France will no longer have to show proof of vaccination, complete any travel forms or show proof of a negative PCR for antigen test.
The update also applies to travel between metropolitan France and French overseas territories. The updated entry requirements are applicable to all travellers, whether they are vaccinated or not.
The change comes just as thousands of Brits head to France for the summer holidays and should speed up the arrival process for passengers.
