PHILADELPHIA - Federal authorities have charged a Philadelphia woman who is accused of setting fire to two police cruisers after peaceful protest devolved into rioting last month in Center City.During the chaotic scene outside City Hall on May 30, Lore-Elisabeth Blumenthal is accused of torching a police cruiser and a sport utility vehicle.
Investigators say video evidence shows Blumenthal take a piece of wood from an engulfed police cruiser and place it into an idle SUV, causing the vehicle to catch fire.
