Los Angeles is slowly getting back to normal. On Wednesday (June 10), Los Angeles County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer announced modifications to the health order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, which permits the reopening of film and TV production, according to Variety.
The new health guidelines will be issued on Thursday, for the restart of production being Friday, June 12. Sectors will be allowed to reopen once they implement the required protocols.
Other sectors scheduled for reopening on Friday include gyms, day camps, museums, zoos, campgrounds, pro sports arenas (without live audiences) and hotels.
