Fourteen students at Stirling University – many from campus sports clubs – are in self-isolation after testing positive for coronavirus.The university and NHS Forth Valley confirmed that the students have contracted Covid-19 and any close contacts have been identified and contacted by NHS Test and Protect, and are also self-isolating.A university spokesman said: “Only those who have already been identified as close contacts need to self-isolate.

The university is providing advice and support to all students in partnership with the NHS.“We are continuing to work with the Scottish Government, the NHS, and all relevant organisations, and are following the latest guidance.
