Businesses across England have been forced to close in line with new national lockdown measures linked to the new Covid-19 variant.
The measure, announced by Boris Johnson, means people must stay at home except for essential travel and exercise. Non-essential retail, hospitality and personal care services must shut in all parts of the country until at least February 22 as the new Covid-19 variant spirals out of control.
