NEW YORK - Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Saturday that New York will provide health personnel and supervision to make sure that the annual “Tribute in Light” safely shines into the sky above Manhattan this year to represent the World Trade Center during next month's anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.“I am glad that we can continue this powerful tribute to those we lost on 9/11 and to the heroism of all New Yorkers,” Cuomo said in a tweet. “We will #NeverForget.”The Tunnel to Towers Foundation had announced Friday that it was working on plans to shine the twin beams during its alternative 9/11 ceremony.
