Having been unable to give her sister the send-off she deserved, actor Eilish O’Carroll is calling for a national day of mourning when the COVID-19 crisis passes.
Eilish, 68, who plays Mrs Brown’s friend and neighbour Winnie McGoogan on the BBC show, lost her sister Fiona earlier this year before lockdown.
