Hardgate Primary sisters compile special book of memories during coronavirus lockdown

Two Hardgate Primary pupils have compiled a special lockdown memory book.Sisters Lucie and Annie Barbour asked every child and member of staff to send them the favourite things they liked to do during lockdown and put it together to form a memory book, as well as gathering key dates and facts from the period.The girls then delivered the books to families and staff on their bikes – while following social distancing rules.Nine-year-old Lucie said: “We were missing our friends and were wondering how they were all getting on and what everyone was doing at home.“We asked our teacher if we could write to everyone and make a book of all our memories and what we were all doing at home.The Daily Record has launched our NHS Heroes campaign to thank
