NHS LANARKSHIRE is encouraging everyone to practice safer sex during the Covid-19 pandemic.A Condoms By Post Service has been launched in the region.Residents can call 07583 064622 (Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm) and the health board is also offering contraceptive pills by post, and all other sexual health and contraception advice is available by calling 0300 303 0251 (Monday to Thursday, from 9am-9pm, and Friday, from 9am-5pm).NHS Lanarkshire say that around half of pregnancies aren’t planned, and that drinking alcohol while pregnant can result in babies being born with Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).The health board’s Facebook page states: “During this Covid-19 lockdown, official guidance is to avoid new pregnancies, but with
