A healthy mum who has recovered from coronavirus has spoken out after a video she recorded while in intensive care was shared all over the social media.

Tara Langston, 39, shocked people online as she filmed herself from ICU at Hillingdon Hospital in west London where she tested positive for COVID-19.

In the distressing video she said the virus made it feel like there was "glass in her lungs" as she was being treated for pneumonia.

Tara appeared on Good Morning Britain on Thursday to discuss the video and her warning to others as she feared she would "never see her daughters again." The mum-of-two said on the ITV show: "I was in hospital for nine days, I was in ICU for three days.
