Coronation Street has shared a behind-the-scenes video as the cast return to filming the ITV soap. There are many changes the actors will find since the coronavirus pandemic forced the studio to close, including no physical contact and being advised to not touch the props.

Photos released by ITV show the cast and crew filming in the street with social distancing being observed while tables and chairs are set out at least two metres apart with black and yellow tape showing where they need to be placed.

The cast have been told that no eating or drinking can be done so they can forget a pint and Betty's hotpot at the Rovers while Roys Rolls may struggle with bacon butties becoming a thing of the past.
