Janey Godley 'worried sick' in health update over new 'nasty' looking sore
Janey Godley has taken to social media to give her fans an update on her continued battle with terminal cancer as she admitted she was "worried sick" over finding a new sore appearing on her leg which concerned her.The Scottish comedian shared an image to her 290k followers showing her leg which had a "nasty" looking sore as fans rushed to the comments to share their sympathy with the mum-of-one who was left worried it was linked to her diagnosis."Was worried sick about this appearing on my leg, cancer makes you scared of every single thing that looks odd on your body.
It’s an insect bite," the 62-year-old Glasgow comic told her fans on Twitter alongside the snap. One concerned fan wrote: "Janey check that isn’t a tick bite(Lymes disease)X," as another added: "Sorry cancer makes you afraid of what others see as a bug bite and nothing to worry about.
It ramps up the anxiety and fear."A third added: "My lymph nodes have been doing silly things. I'm starting to understand the scared part, but you know, today I'm gonna go with mosquito bite.""Glad it is a bug bite and at least you are being vigilant.
