Jeremy Clarkson has told fans about a 'worrying' health update he received from his GP that's down to one of his daily habits. The former Top Gear presenter revealed he has been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and has even been warned that this could result in an "agonising and painful death".
And to keep his levels under control, the TV star was told he has to stay away from the nicotine gum, which he started chewing after giving up smoking a few years ago.
Birmingham Live reports that the 63-year-old used to smoke 43 cigarettes every day until he was rushed to hospital with pneumonia in 2017.
But the nicotine gum has had an incredibly negative effect on his blood pressure, with a "worrying rise" being down to the popular quitting tactic.
