Kate Garraway has revealed that she found a heartbreaking note written by her husband Derek Draper while he fights for his life in hospital.The Good Morning Britain star broke down in tears on the show on Friday as she revealed that, while her husband is now free from coronavirus, he is still in a coma with significant damage to his body.
Kate, 53, has now heartbreakingly revealed that she found an old card written by her husband while packing a bag for him to bring to hospital.
She explained: “I opened it up and there was a card he'd written for me, which I'd read at the time. “It says how much he loves me, how proud of me he is, and that he was feeling so good about us.” She added to The Sun: “It was just so romantic and it feels so odd.
