Premier League chiefs are set to unveil their plans for ‘Project Restart’ following the latest shareholders meeting on Friday.
Across Europe, conclusions are starting to be drawn by top leagues, with Germany’s Bundesliga finalising their plans to return, while on the flipside Holland’s Eredivisie has been declared null and void, and France’s Ligue 1 has been cancelled.
The Premier League is looking to follow in the Bundesliga’s footsteps by unveiling their plans to resume the 2019/20 competition, with a proposed timetable already shared among the 20 Premier League clubs.
