She holds a law degree from the Rutgers School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania.The stress and anxiety she experienced led to her enrollment in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program at the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadephia.
