LIAM Gallagher has announced he is performing a free gig at London's O2 Arena for NHS staff and careworkers. The 47-year-old Oasis star has long spoken about performing a one-off charity show for hardworking doctors and nurses - insisting the gig would go ahead with or without brother Noel.
Now, it appears he has taken the solo option, to take place at the end of October, after the 52-year-old failed to agree. Writing on Twitter today, Liam said: "It's an honour to announce that I will be doing a gig for the NHS and careworkers at London’s The O2 on October 29th. "They do an incredible job, we are very lucky to have them.
