Liverpool were the only club to vote against the Premier League 's 'Enhancing the Broadcast Product' proposals at the shareholders' meeting this week, according to reports.
Clubs voted 19 to one in favour of the proposal, with the Reds opposing the plans on a point of principle arguing that it would be wrong to give broadcasters such as Sky Sports and BT Sport additional access.
According the the Mail Online , their argument was that clubs had already agreed to pay a rebate totalling £330million, while also granting the rights holders extra games.
