Cats are meeting potential owners through virtual dating in the hope of finding their forever home. A Hands-Free Homing scheme being run by Cats Protection lets you adopt a cat while shelters are shut during the coronavirus pandemic.
One bored 11-year-old boy and his mum have done just that. It was love as first sight for Cooper and his mum Claire Blekkenhorst when they saw Wilfey's photos and videos, reports the Daily Mirror.
Claire said: “We are so in love with Wilfey. He has bonded so specially with my son and follows him everywhere. They’ve become very firm friends and sleep together every night. "For a seven-year-old cat he is super-playful and inquisitive.
