As the country went into lockdown on March 23, thousand of couples across the country were left devastated after their weddings had to be put on hold.
But some were still determined to tie the knot on the day they had planned, whether that be with a scaled down ceremony or with a virtual “wedding” online with all their family and friends tuning in.
Katherine and Alex Katherine Wood and Alex Moore were one of the last couples to actually tie the knot - getting married just five hours before lockdown.
They had been due to wed at the picturesque Wellbeing Farm in Bolton on Saturday March 28, but in the weeks before the wedding day guests started to pull out in fear of coronavirus.
