Manchester United issue new update amid coronavirus pandemic

Manchester United have announced that closures of the Old Trafford museum and stadium tour and Red Cafe have been extended and that the club megastore has closed amid the coronavirus outbreak.

United are on a hiatus from football until at least April 30 as the Premier League and football across Europe has ground to a halt in an attempt to combat the spreading of COVID-19.

Football in the U.K. had initially been suspended until the weekend of April 4 but was extended on Thursday and as a result United have in turn extended the closure of the stadium to the public.

In a statement the club said: "The temporary closure of the Museum & Stadium Tour and the Red Cafe has been extended until at least April 30, and the Megastore has also been closed
