Marcus Rashford has warned Manchester United ’s rivals his side are in a ‘much stronger position’ following the season break.
United found themselves on a five-match unbeaten streak in the Premier League prior to the season being halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Their last league game saw them beat rivals Manchester City 2-0 at Old Trafford to sit fifth in the table.The three-month break has also allowed Rashford to recover from a back injury.And ahead of their next match against Tottenham on Friday, June 19, Rashford has warned those chasing a top-four spot to expect a stronger United side. "I think coming out of this lockdown we are in a much stronger position than we were going into it," he told Stretty News.
