Wednesday.FOX 29's Chris O'Connell reports police have surrounded an apartment where a barricaded man is inside after firing shots from a building.

There’s unconfirmed reports of two officers shot. We are awaiting official confirmation from authorities. Residents are being told to avoid the area.
