Monkey raids bank kiosk leaving staff stunned as they investigate CCTV

The investigation into an attempted bank robbery revealed an unlikely suspect after staff checked the CCTV footage. Instead of a daring gang of thieves trying to pry a cashpoint machine off the wall, stunned bank workers instead saw a monkey hooligan causing mayhem.

The cheeky monkey set off countless alarms when it raided the kiosk at Bank Of India. When staff found the machine hanging off the wall they initially suspected a failed robbery attempt was to blame.

But when they looked at the CCTV they discovered a monkey had pulled it off the wall before jumping all over the machine. The incident took place in President's Estate in the Indian capital Delhi yesterday.
