The government has unveiled its three stage plan to get the UK out of lockdown. It comes after Prime Minister Boris Johnson addressed the country on Sunday evening in which he issued a new 'Stay Alert' slogan - ditching the previous 'Stay Home' message.
The UK first went into lockdown on March 23 when we were told by the PM that we were only allowed to leave the house for one of few reasons.
This only includes shopping for basic necessities; partaking in one form of exercise a day; for a medical need or travelling to work if it is absolutely necessary.
The lockdown has since been extended by three weeks a further two times, meaning the UK is currently in its seventh week of the strict social-distancing measures.
