A Morrisons shopper was disgusted when they found a tissue in their food delivery. The anonymous woman, from Stone, North Staffordshire, is classed as a “vulnerable” shopper.
So when she found the scrunched-up paper in her delivery during the coronavirus pandemic, she was understandably panicked. She complained to the supermarket, but had to wait three days for a response.
After 72 hours, Morrisons offered a £5 voucher as compensation. But the customer isn’t happy with how the situation has been handled.
