The video was taken earlier in the morning at the south gate of CFB Gagetown. Striking members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), which represents federal employees, can be seen holding a picket line that blocks the road.

The NB Power truck approaches the picketers and the driver blares its horn. Some people jump out of the way, and a man can be seen standing in front of the vehicle, which nudges him forward.

Wayne Jeffery identified himself as the man in the video. “He broke through the line and literally endangered some of our coworkers.

California is grieving after a good Samaritan was struck and killed by a car when he helped a mother duck and several of her ducklings cross a busy intersection on Thursday evening.Casey Rivara was reportedly hit by a teenage driver at the intersection of Stanford Ranch Road and Park Drive in Rocklin, Calif., local police announced.Rivara, 41, reportedly parked his own vehicle at the intersection when he noticed the waddling ducks struggling to cross the street where the speed limit reaches 45 kilometres per hour.
