PSG star Neymar admits the uncertainty surrounding the return of football is making him anxious. The 28-year-old has not played since March due to the coronavirus pandemic and is isolating in Brazil alongside his long-term personal trainer Ricardo Rosa.
PSG are still eyeing a potential quadruple which includes European success that has so far eluded them. But that has all ground to a halt and the world's most expensive player concedes he is desperate to return. "Not knowing when we will play again is causing anxiety.
I miss playing, competing, the atmosphere of the club and my PSG team mates. It's a real longing for football!" he said on his website. "I'm sure that the fans want to see everyone back on the pitch, the earlier the better.
